What happens if my server crashes?
Though we work around the clock to keep your service running smoothly and without interruption, unexpected problems can arise and on rare occasions a server can crash.
So what happens?
The moment any of our servers stop responding to our round-the-clock monitoring, our System Operations team and our Directors are made immediately aware and they will begin fixing the issue immediately.
If you suspect your server is down (if your site is down and you cannot log in to your control panel) it is always best to check the Status Page first before calling or opening a support ticket.
But whatever the issue, don't panic! We are here to help and get the problem resolved as soon as possible.
